Our payment options

At StapStep you can choose from different payment methods, at the moment the following options are available:

1. iDeal payments - You can choose to pay with your Dutch bank via iDeal. There are no additional costs involved. To pay with iDeal, you must select this option and with which bank you wish to pay. 2. Credit card - You can pay with most credit cards on our website, again there are no extra costs. You can simply enter your credit card details on the website and, depending on your bank, verify the payment. 3. Klarna - It is also possible for you to pay with your Klarna account. StapStep does not charge any extra costs for using Klarna. We do recommend that you check with Klarna what it costs to use their payment services. You can log in to your Klarna account via our website and complete the payment. 4. Bank Deposit - This is a regular transfer through your bank. We do not charge any extra costs for this either. If you choose this option, the website will confirm your purchase, but you will have to transfer the necessary amount manually through your bank. Once this amount has been received, your order will be processed in the same way as all our other orders. You can transfer the full amount of your order (including VAT) to: NL58 RABO 0376 1719 95, in the name of StapStep BV (consult your bank if you encounter an error message)
