Earnings model behind sharing scooters

Various revenue models are available for StapStep Sharing. The different revenue models are discussed below.

As-a-service

When you use the partial scooters as an extra service to the customer, everyone can unlock and use the electric scooter free of charge after downloading the StapstAPP. For example, think of a guest at a holiday park who uses the scooter to move from A to B.

Paid services

There is also the option to use the shared scooters as a paid service. After downloading the StapstAPP, the user can unlock the scooter. To be able to unlock the scooter, the app must be linked to a payment card. The operator of the shared scooters offers the possibility, for example, to charge an amount per minute, per hour, a part of a day or a whole day.
